Created an internet based process for developing prospects, estimating costs, estimating total weight, estimating freight, applying bulk discounts, providing exact color selection and match, providing material selection, implementing manifest creation, and implementing quote creation. ent state assessment was considered to be the baseline for the IT Future State and a priority list of initiatives was employed based on the recommendations presented.


Outcomes

Increased the amount of proposals on a month-to-month basis over 600% and decreasing quotation time by over 700% without having to hire additional staff.
