Consulting Services Created a Global Online University to instruct medical professionals worldwide on surgical techniques and general hospital procedures to address the growing blood shortage. Designed, developed the requirements, developed, provided the production oversight, and project management. Oversaw the media and course creation for over 20 medical professionals worldwide. Assisted in ascertaining the private funding through private investors. Created the implementation plan in the areas of operations, marketing, sales, technology and finance to support this global healthcare initiative.
