Business Process Reengineered the processing of students from pinpointing the demographic through admissions, advising, registration, financial aid, business office, drop/add, online course completion and then building the alumni network for continual support.
Implemented a content management system to allow faculty the ability to remotely create a teach courses real-time or asynchronously.
